A recent Bay Post article highlighted that there is a strong trend for singing to be accepted as part of the many complementary medicine approaches that are strengthening their claims in the literature and the media. This extension of the Graceful Ageing series will provide a discussion opportunity to further explore resilience theory and practice. It will also particularly clarify theoretical and practical aspects of the role of singing in groups to provide a nurturing impact on the ability to survive and transcend the adversities of ageing.
