U3A Batemans Bay holds its Annual General Meeting in March each year – the next AGM will be held on 9 March 2018.
All members are encouraged to attend this meeting. It provides a great opportunity to see how well your organisation is working – and to participate in the election of new committee members for the forthcoming year.
Each year some of our committee members retire and we need new members to take their place in managing the affairs of U3A Batemans Bay. If you want to learn more about the work of our committee and the responsibilities of each committee member you can view the Committee Handbook. Please note that there have been some changes to our committee structure since the Handbook was produced and it is currently under review. Nomination forms should be posted to the Secretary, PO Box 1304 Batemans Bay not later than the date specified on the form.
