  • PICK UP YOUR U3A BADGE. Badges must be worn to all classes for your insurance coverage.
  • JOIN UP. Please have Cash only.
  • ENQUIRE ABOUT CLASS VACANCIES. I will endeavour to answer your questions.
  • ENROL IN CLASSES. Yes, I can help you do that.
  • HAVE A CHAT. Why not?

If you can’t make it to the Shopfront on Thursday (tomorrow) and need to pick up your badge, please contact me and we can make alternative arrangements.

Enrolling In Activities

Details of all current activities can be found on the Latest Edition on our Newsletter Page  or on the Activities Page.

How to Enrol

You can enrol in your selected activity or activities by:

  • attending Registration Day on 21 January 2022
  • calling the tutor or group leader whose details appear in the activity details
  • enrolling online using Online Member Services. (Note that this function is available only after Registration Day on 25 January.)

Please think carefully before enrolling in an activity.

If you know that you will have to miss a number of sessions please discuss this with the tutor before enrolling.

If you are unable to attend an activity for which you have enrolled please let the tutor know as soon as possible as there may be a waiting list and someone else may be able to fill your place.  You can do this by contacting the tutor directly or by lodging an apology using Online Member Services.

Demand for some activities is very high and we can give no guarantee that you will be able to find a place in your chosen course or group. Members should also be aware that it may be necessary to cancel a course if there are insufficient numbers.


U3A Batemans Bay holds Public Liability Insurance through the U3A Network NSW. This is not personal accident insurance but a preventative measure to ensure the welfare of the organisation, its members and invitees should a situation arise where we are sued for an accident that is deemed to be our fault. Insurance companies vigorously defend such actions and for everyone’s benefit we require the person in charge of an activity to keep accurate records.
