Bay Theatre Players Inc are delighted to offer U3A members a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes, meet and speak with the cast and crew of our mid-year production of ‘Talking Heads’
If you have ever wondered how a production is brought to life and what happens to create the show you enjoy from the auditorium, this is your chance.
Written by acclaimed British playwright Alan Bennett, the ‘Talking Heads’ series of one-act plays were first produced for BBC TV in the 1980s. Amusing and witty, with a touch of pathos, the four monologues chosen by director Jenny Kohlhagen for inclusion in our July 2018 production give us an insight into the mindset of four very different women.
U3A members are invited to attend the 2:00pm Tuesday 24 July 2018 matinee performance. After this performance, attending members will be invited to take a tour of the back-stage areas of the theatre complex and enjoy a Q&A session with the cast and crew of the play.
